Refunds & Exchanges

•  No refunds are allowed on lay-buy orders.
•  Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
•  Customers are responsible for all return shipping or delivery cost.

          No returns or exchanges on the following items: 
          -Breast pumps
          -Sale items
          -Socks
          -Headbands
          -Personal care items 

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Lay-buy options are available for 3 or 6 months.
• 3-Month Lay-Buy: 30% deposit due on the invoice total.
• 6-Month Lay-Buy: 20% deposit due on the invoice total.
• 1st payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
• All payments must be made by the last day of each month.
• Payments must be made according to your chosen plan.
• If no contact or payment is made within 3 months of your last payment, your lay-buy and all payments made will be forfeited.
• All reasonable attempts to contact the customer will be made before cancellation. 
• Lay-buys are interest-free, require no credit checks, and are approved                        immediately
• Lay-buy orders must be placed via WhatsApp (not available on our website). 
• Payment can be made via EFT or an Ikhoka payment link
• Orders will be shipped once full invoice amount has been paid that is the end of your laybuy term.

Shipping Policy

• Orders may be shipped in separate packages, even if stated otherwise. 
• Items from different shipping categories will be charged separately.
  
• Customers are liable for all return shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
  
• Shipping timelines may vary depending on stock availability and courier schedules.
