Refund policy
We have a 3-day money back guarantee / return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase as well as pictures of the item. You would have to wait another 3 to 10 working days to receive your new items due to production times. Customers will be liable for courier costs

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify the problem immediately. Kindly note that we do not take responsibility for any loss or damage caused by the courier company. However we will submit a query on your behalf to the courier company
Exceptions / non-returnable and non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom orders (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We do not accept returns on socks, stockings, all breast pumps, swimwear and hair accessories. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, a new item will be dispatched as agreed upon
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be requested to provide us with the banking details of the purchaser and we will do an immediate transfer.
