**If there is an outfit that you would like to hire that is not in our collection kindly whatsapp us on 081 767 8530 and we will make it for you. Production times are 7-14 working days**

1. Booking & Payment

• Full payment, including the hire fee, deposit, and courier costs, is required to secure your booking.

• Courier fees charged at checkout include both delivery and return shipping.

• Deposit is charged at checkout

• The deposit may be used to cover damages, late return fees, or additional courier costs if applicable.

• Customers must carefully read product descriptions for a full pricing breakdown, including the dress hire fee and refundable deposit amount.

• Product descriptions will also clearly state whether accessories such as shoes or headbands are included.

• Kindly note that free shipping does apply for our hired collection.

2. Hire Period

• The hire period and return date will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

• Items must be returned on or before the agreed return date.

• All communication regarding your booking will be done via WhatsApp. A valid WhatsApp number must be provided at checkout.

• Hire period will be approximately 3-5 days depending on courier times, but will be confirmed via a whatsapp chat

3. Sizing & Fit

• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

• Waist measurements are provided in the product description. Customers are encouraged to measure their baby’s waist to ensure the best fit.

• A difference of approximately 2–3 cm from the garment’s waist measurement is recommended for a comfortable fit.

• No refunds or exchanges will be provided if the item does not fit.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Deposits are refundable once the item has been returned, received, and inspected.

• Refunds will only be processed if the item is returned in its original condition.

• Customers are required to notify us before sending the item back.

5. Late Returns

• If the item is not returned on the agreed date, 10% of the deposit will be forfeited.

• If return shipping has already been arranged and the item is not handed over as scheduled, a new shipment will need to be booked. The cost of this will be deducted from the deposit.

6. Non-Returns

• If the item is not returned at all, the full deposit will be forfeited.

7. Condition of Items & Damages

• All items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

• Normal wear and tear (such as minor loose threads or light creasing) is acceptable.

• Excessive damage includes, but is not limited to, tears, permanent stains, missing embellishments not returned, or alterations. Additional charges may apply and will be deducted from the deposit.

• If any embellishments or accessories come loose or fall off, please keep them safely and return them with the item.

8. Cleaning Policy

• Please do not wash, dry clean, or attempt to clean the garment yourself.

• Cleaning is handled by us to ensure garments are maintained to a high standard.

• Items returned in excessively dirty condition may incur an additional cleaning fee.

9. Use of Garments

• Garments are intended for occasion wear only.

• Please avoid use in messy activities (such as cake smashes or outdoor play) unless agreed in advance.

10. Delivery & Courier

• Courier fees include delivery and return shipping.

• Once an item has been dispatched, we are not liable for delays caused by the courier, although we will assist where possible.

11. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made well in advance may qualify for a refund or store credit (at our discretion).

• Late cancellations may result in partial or no refund.

• Rescheduling may be accommodated depending on availability.

12. Customer Photos

• We would love to see your little angel in their special outfit! Customers are kindly encouraged to share photos with us.

• By sharing images, you grant us permission to use them for marketing purposes, including on our website and social media.
